Whether you have been together a while or not, engagement or pre-wedding shoots are a great way to get used to having your picture taken in the run up to your wedding.

You probably have a few questions before taking a decision to book me.
I've listed out a quick outline of my process and gathered all the frequently asked questions and shared some answers that can help you decide whether we're a good fit.

Before you book a session with me.
We will correspond through e-mail to determine what you need and when, as well as, what you like about my photography style. This initial e-mail helps to determine whether I have availability and if we are a good fit for each other. The second e-mail I send will be more detailed information about my photography collections and pricing. Please note, I am based in Manchester and charge a travel fee for bookings outside of Greater Manchester.
If you choose to go ahead with the booking, an Agreement and my Terms & Conditions are then e-mailed over you which includes the payment details needed to secure the booking.

During the day of the photo shoot.
For on-location shoots, I typically arrive in advance of our scheduled time to familiarise myself with the surroundings and scout for good places for portraits.

Four weeks after our session.
Typically you will receive a few highlight pictures a day or two after the shoot, and deliver your full gallery 4 weeks after. Your images are delivered edited through a beautiful, password-protected, personalised online gallery for you to share with friends, family or your clients as well as download and save the images.
FAQ
I know you provide edited images, but would we also be able to get all our unedited pictures?
I don't offer unedited photos as part of my service. It is important to me to give you images that I am 100% happy with and that are the best representation of my work and portfolio, which means not including images from every click of my camera. The excess images I take, help create the final product, but they are not the final product, and so I do not include these images in your online gallery.
I spend a significant amount of time hand-picking the final images. This culling process means removing duplicate images, test shots, unflattering images and images that are not technically up to my standard for whatever reason. I then work with the final selection to bring it to its full potential.
Do you have a limit on the number of photos you provide to clients?
I don't have set number or limit of photos, I aim to give my clients as many pictures that I can, because the way I see it, they're your memories, and there is no sense me keeping hold of any that are of the standard I want to share. For weddings, based on 9 hours of photography attendance, I would expect that you would receive a very minimum of 700 images and I choose not to have a maximum.
